Meet the Team
As a second generation contractor in the business Dylan is closely connected to all aspects of Howard Homes. He attends sales meetings, owner walk-throughs, closings, and project meetings with employees and trades people. His mission is to find the best quality and pricing on the materials and labor used in building your home, as well as implementing green building principles specific to each project.
Clients of Howard Homes enjoy working with Kurt developing their customized floor plans. Kurt attends sales meetings, owner walk throughs and reviews project details with employees.
As a site manager, Mark works to develop respectful relationships with our clients and communicate owner’s decisions to the subcontractors in the field. He helps manage all on site aspects, remaining versatile and flexible with a wide range of jobsite operations. His work ethic, combined with honesty and dedication, makes him a trusted member of the Howard Homes team.
Clients of Howard Homes also enjoy working with Lori as she helps them with the detailed selections of their home. Whether it is plumbing, electrical, cabinets, flooring or any other little detail Lori is with them every step of the way from the initial selection meeting to the final closing.
Lynn has many responsibilities including accounts payables and receivables, and job costing, keeping in touch with your mortgage company, and preparing the closing date with all necessary parties including the title company.
Jim is our designer/draftsman. Jim takes your ideas and sketches, or plans from other sources, to design the custom home that fits your needs. Not only does he draft the floor plans, elevations and structural drawings needed to build your home, but Jim also creates virtual models and tours that enable you to see what your new home will look like even before we break ground. Jim has a background in timber frame construction and design as well as a Master of Fine Arts degree. He lives in the timber frame and straw bale house he designed and built in 1996.
